Senior Market Sales in Kentucky is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to assist with Surplus Lines filings, tax payments, and reporting across states. The role requires a positive team attitude and strong organizational skills.

You will generate payables reports, ensure taxes and fees are billed correctly, and reconcile discrepancies while processing checks or other payments to the appropriate agencies by due dates. Strong Excel and communication abilities are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) or more years of related work experience in surplus lines filing and insurance payables preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and non-accounting employees.
• Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Generates and reviews weekly insurance company payables reports.
• Ensure surplus lines taxes and fees billed correctly in agency systems with proper documentation.
• Reconciles and corrects discrepancies between reports and documentation.
• Requests and processes checks or other payment forms for applicable fees.
• Ensures payment of fees and supporting docs is sent to state agencies or Surplus Lines Association per due dates.
• Other duties as assigned.
