Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of related work experience in surplus lines filing and insurance payables preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related office software.

Responsibilities

• Generates and reviews weekly insurance company payables reports.
• Ensures surplus lines taxes and fees are billed correctly in agency systems.
• Reconciles discrepancies between reports and supporting documentation.
• Requests and processes payments for applicable fees.
• Ensures timely remittance to state agencies or Surplus Lines Associations.
