WALID J DEHNI DMD PC is seeking a skilled Surgical/Restorative Dental Assistant to join our Lynnfield/Boston area practice. You will work alongside experienced clinicians in a patient-focused environment, supporting surgical and restorative procedures and ensuring exceptional care.

Ideal candidates hold a Dental Assisting License in MA, have radiology certification, and can thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental assistant with Massachusetts certification.
• Experience in surgical and restorative dental procedures preferred.
• Radiology certification or X-ray licensure as required by MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during surgical and restorative procedures, including extractions and implants.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories following infection control protocols.
• Take and develop dental X-rays and digital radiographs as directed.
• Provide chairside assistance including suctioning, retraction, and material preparation.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Lynnfield Dental Associates & Warshauer & Santamaria Dental is looking for a skilled and dedicated Surgical/Restorative Dental Assistant to join our team in Lynnfield, MA & Boston, Ma. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced dental professional in a dynamic, patient-focused practice where your skills and passion for dentistry will truly shine.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during surgical and restorative dental procedures, including extractions, implants/Sinus Lift, and crown placements, Full Mouth Reconstuction

Prepare and sterilize instruments, operatories, and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols

Take and develop dental X-rays and digital radiographs as directed

Provide chairside assistance including suctioning, retraction, and material preparation during procedures

Educate patients on post-operative care and proper oral hygiene techniques

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation

Manage inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering as needed

Requirements:

Dental Assisting License

Experience in surgical and/or restorative dental assisting strongly preferred

Familiarity with dental instruments, materials, and chairside procedures

Radiology certification or X-ray licensure as required by the state of Massachusetts

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Detail-oriented with a commitment to infection control and safety standards
