Job summary

Contemporary Prosthodontics is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our Massachusetts office on a part-time basis. You will assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures, prepare rooms, and maintain a clean clinical environment.

We value strong communication, a reliable team player, and at least one year of chairside experience. The role offers a Tue-Thu schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with opportunities for continuing education through our network.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certification.
• At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience.
• Surgical assisting experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent chairside manner.
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical procedures
• Deliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatment
• Support daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team culture

Compensation

• $30-$32 per hour, based on experience
