Job summary

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based practice, uphold professional standards and documentation, and contribute to staff development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from patient, family, and team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement; include education and follow-up.
• Direct care team, coordinate and organize patient care; manage time, supplies and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses; revise plans as needed and reassess.
• Promote nursing professionalism; ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.
