Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implements and coordinates delivery of care with physicians and staff.
• Uses nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Documents care plans and observations.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Exchanges information with doctors, patients, and families.
• Assists and mentors LPNs, CNAs, and MAs; participates in orientation.
