Qualifications

• Relevant medical military training is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities delegated by the nurse.
• Provide hygiene and daily living support.
• Support nutrition and feeding activities; monitor intake.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Prepare and restock supplies; document care provided.
