Qualifications

• Current licensure by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas or proof of reciprocity.
• RN I/II/III/IV levels based on years of experience.
• BLS certification and ACLS within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate high-quality patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Assess patient condition and modify care plans as needed.
• Document accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with policies.
