Job summary

Mercy Springfield is seeking RNs for a 12-hour shift pattern (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with rotational weekends. A year-long Nurse Residency Program accompanies new graduates and select experienced nurses to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care by direct care givers.
