Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects and follow-up measures.
