Job summary

Mountain Ridge is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental standards. You will collaborate with providers, perform and document care, and advocate for patients and families to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patients on admission and during shifts, administering medications, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required.
• Colorado DORA or multi-state RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
