Job summary

Qualifications

• Related degree/credential and 4000 verified occupational/industry hours within five years.
• Related degree with 18 discipline-related credits and 4000 verified occupational/industry hours within five years.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NBSTSA credential recognized through a national cert program.
• Current Colorado CTE credential or ability to obtain within one year to teach.

Responsibilities

• Instruct surgical technology at multiple levels (STE) and develop innovative curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues and adapt to different times, locations, and modalities.
• Maintain strong on-campus presence and may travel to FRCC campuses and clinical sites.

Education

Associate degree

Bachelor’s or Master’s with 18 discipline related credits

NBSTSA CST credential

CTE credential or ability to obtain within one year
