Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a surgical technologist.
• 2–3 years teaching experience in higher education or technical school setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the Surgical Technology Program, including lab components.
• Develop and deliver course content aligned with curriculum and standards.
• Coordinate with local facilities for clinical rotations and internships.
• Assist in curriculum review and accreditation activities.
• Engage in professional development and college service duties.
• Maintain relationships with industry stakeholders for clinical placement opportunities.
• Ensure program compliance with relevant policies and prepare required reports.
