ForTec Medical in Rogers, AR is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to lead the setup and operation of advanced surgical technologies. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with confidence to thrive in this role and deliver exceptional support to surgeons and staff before and during procedures.

You will perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, calibrations, load and transport equipment, and maintain strict safety and documentation standards. A valid U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver medical equipment over 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies; provide guidance to surgeons and staff before and during surgery.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and complete documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to facilities; driving and occasional overnight travel.
• Practice safe vehicle operations and laser safety techniques.
• Meet customer needs and foster strong professional relationships with ForTec team and healthcare partners.
