The position is 9-month, part-time, requiring leadership in curriculum development, student evaluation, and site coordination, with emphasis on modern learner-centered pedagogy and program assessment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an education program in surgical technology or related field.
• Credential in surgical technology through a national cert program (NCCA-accredited).
• Minimum three years of OR scrub or teaching experience within past five years.

Mansioni

• Lead development and assessment of the clinical education program.
• Coordinate clinical assignments and supervise students at sites.
• Support curriculum revision, student recruitment, and program evaluation.
