The role requires an Associate degree in Surgical Technology and NBSTSA CST certification; teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Surgical Technology or equivalent education in the field.
• Current CST credential required by NBSTSA.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Surgical Technology lab courses and align with program objectives.
• Provide hands-on instruction in instrumentation, sterile technique, and OR prep.
• Administer exams and evaluate student competency and progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance and grade records.
• Develop lesson plans and maintain lab resources; supervise labs.
