Job summary

Jefferson Community and Technical College is hiring multiple Surgical Technology Adjunct Instructors to deliver didactic and clinical instruction within the Surgical Technology program. The role supports ongoing professional development as a practicing surgical technologist and educator.

Responsibilities include coordinating student clinical placements with local facilities and maintaining records per JCTC and ARC/STSA policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate clinical placements and maintain records.

The Allied Health Division of Jefferson Community and Technical College has immediate multiple openings for a Surgical Technology Adjunct Instructor.

Job Duties:

• Didactic and clinical instruction in the Surgical Technology program
• Continued growth as an instructor and surgical technologist via professional development
• Coordination and monitoring of student clinical placements at local healthcare facilities
• Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records according to all JCTC and ARC/STSA policies and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by Surgical Technology program coordinator and Dean of Allied Health.
