Job summary

Hawaii Pacific Health's Pali Momi Medical Center in Hawai‘i seeks an experienced Surgical Technologist to join the state-of-the-art Surgery team. You will perform surgical scrub duties, maintain sterile technique, and prepare the operating room, equipment and instruments for surgery.

We seek candidates with high school diploma, accredited surgical technologist training, BLS CPR, and NBSTSA or NCCT certification; one year of experience preferred. EOE/AA/Disabled/Vets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technologist training program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification as a Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical scrub duties and maintain sterile techniques for all procedures.
• Prepare the operating room, equipment and instruments for surgery.
• Maintain aseptic techniques throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
