Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgical cases by gathering supplies and establishing a sterile field.
• Serve as second assistant to the surgeon and handle instruments, supplies, and specimen processing.
• Support unit operations and staff development to maintain efficient OR readiness.
