Job summary

North Carolina Specialty Hospital seeks a Surgical Technician to join our operating team. You will perform scrub duties, prepare instruments and equipment, and maintain a sterile field across pediatric, adult, and geriatric cases.

Qualifications include an accredited surgical technology program and BLS certification; 1–3 years of experience preferred. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time OR surgical techs. We offer comprehensive benefits and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited school of surgical technology.
• One to three years of surgery experience preferred.
• BLS certification through an accredited program; Certified Surgical Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub activities with aseptic technique.
• Prepares and uses equipment, instrumentation and supplies for procedures.
• Sets up sterile field and maintains patient safety and infection control.
