Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams. This role offers a 40-hour or 36-hour rotating schedule, onsite work at 75 Francis Street, Boston, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Candidates should have OR experience, a Surgical Technologist program, and certification within one year of graduation. Strong sterile technique and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
• Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from graduation from a program or equivalent service
• Graduates without certification have one year to obtain certification and preferred 1–2 years OR experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment and assist with peri-operative care
• Collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure efficient OR function
• Operate in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with emphasis on sterile technique
