Job summary

Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute in Leawood, KS is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for PRN shifts. You will assist during procedures, maintain sterile field, prepare instruments, and support the surgical team under RN supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of OR experience (orthopedic preferred) and current BLS certification. This role requires vigilance, teamwork, and the ability to anticipate surgeon needs.

Qualifications

• Must have the knowledge to ensure quality patient care during the surgical procedure and maintain constant vigilance of the sterile field.
• Minimum 1 year of operating room experience (orthopedic required). BLS certification is required.
