Job summary

Symphony Care Alliance is seeking a PRN Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and the team during operative procedures, preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, and providing instrumentation and supplies in an ambulatory surgery center.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with preferred OR/ASC experience and credentials compliant with state law and facility policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred.
• Current surgical technologist certification preferred; any required credentials must comply with applicable state law and facility policy.
• Previous experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery center preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, infection prevention, and surgical counts.
• Ability to anticipate surgical team needs and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced surgical environment.
