Responsibilities
Pre-operative duties: PPE, gather and open supplies, perform scrub, set up sterile tables, perform counts, assist with gowning/gloving, draping, verify site and consent, secure cords/instruments.
Intra-operative duties: anticipate needs, pass instruments, measure medications and irrigation, assist with retractors and suction, manage specimens and dressings, coordinate robotic arms, maintain sterile field, assist with terminal cleaning and OR prep.
