Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service in all communications.
• Collaborates with circulating nurse and OR supervisor to ensure safe procedures.
• Sets up and maintains sterile field and supplies for procedures.
• Monitors instrument counts and specimen identification during surgery.
• Follows hospital policies and participates in quality and performance improvement.
• Supports patient-family centered care within Watson Model principles.
