Providence Swedish Edmonds is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the perioperative nursing team under RN guidance. You will perform indirect perioperative tasks and may transport patients, second assist, and act as a technical expert for surgical services across pediatric to geriatric cases.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a surgical technology program or related work experience.
• Upon hire: Washington Surgical Technologist Registration.
• Upon hire: American Heart Association BLS.
• Upon hire: Certified Surgical Technologist.
• Experience as surgical technologist in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist as part of the perioperative nursing team and perform indirect perioperative tasks.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Second assist during procedures.
• Serve as a technical expert for surgical services.
