United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Surgical Technologist for a full-time role at St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center, an ambulatory surgery center with multiple specialties.

This position features no nights, no weekends, and no holidays, supporting a patient‑centered team approach. The role requires completing a surgical technician program and state certification as needed, with experience in Endoscopy and aseptic technique.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent education/experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Experience in Endoscopy procedures.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.
• Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.
• Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
• Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
