Job summary

NurseDeck Inc. seeks a Surgical Technologist to support safe, efficient surgical care under RN supervision. You will ensure the surgical team has instruments and supplies, maintain a sterile field, and assist with room turnover and preparation for upcoming procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. OR experience is required; CST certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is required or preferred.
• Experience in an operating room setting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN and surgical team with limited direct patient care.
• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain sterile field throughout the procedure.
• Prepare and disassemble instruments for disinfection and sterilization.
• Assist with room turnover between cases and prepare for the next patient.
• Uphold patient safety standards and comply with policies.
• Demonstrate time management and resource handling.
• Collaborate as a team member and perform other duties as assigned.
