Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist obtained from the NBSTSA within four months of employment.
• 15 continuing education units annually as required by state law.
• Knowledge of various surgical procedures within 12 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assisting surgeons in the operating room within professional and legal limits.
• Ensuring presence and proper arrangement of surgical equipment prior to each operation.
• Assisting with turnover of the operating room after the procedure.
