CentraCare Health's Melrose Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the Surgery department. You will assist before, during, and after surgery, prepare operating rooms, and help maintain patient safety with proper inventory of instruments.

You will work primarily at Melrose Hospital with occasional cross-training at Paynesville Hospital, offering full-time hours and a competitive wage. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• Must be able to respond within 30 minutes to on-call situations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures.
• Assist during operations as directed.
• Track inventory of surgical materials and tools to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, registered nurses and other surgical personnel to deliver quality care.
