Job summary

CentraCare Health in Monticello is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our Surgical Services Team. You will be the surgeon's extra hands, preparing operating rooms and assisting in a wide range of procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will inventory materials, maintain safety standards, and be on call with a 30‑minute response time. The role offers a part‑time schedule (56 hours biweekly), with on‑site work and competitive pay plus sign‑on and relocation incentives.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current.
• Previous Surgical technician experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures.
• Inventory surgical materials and tools to assure patient safety.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room to support patient outcomes.
