Qualifications

• Skills: Sterile technique, instrument handling, and ability to read safety and procedure documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon and RN to facilitate safe invasive procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist with instrument counts, positioning, and room setup.
• Provide patient care support and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
