Job summary

A dynamic healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist in Walla Walla, WA. In this role, you will be an essential member of the sterile team, responsible for preparing the operating room, managing sterile supplies, and assisting during surgeries. The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of acute-care hospital experience, proficiency in surgical principles, and current BLS certification. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation are key attributes for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2‑3 years of acute-care hospital‑based operating room experience.
• At least 2‑3 years of experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, General Surgery, Spine, and Robotics.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Function as an integral member of the sterile team.
• Assist in preparing the operating room.
• Aid in draping patients and establishing a sterile field.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques.
• Conduct needle and sponge counts.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation.
