Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes.
• Assist surgical teams during operations by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control throughout procedures.
• Inspect and ensure proper functioning of instruments and equipment; report issues.
• Manage inventory of surgical supplies and restock as needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sterilization, and storage of instruments post-procedure.
• Document procedures and instrument counts to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support efficient OR turnover.
