Qualifications

• Assists in the operating room with aseptic technique, anatomy, instrumentation, and surgical tech procedures.
• Maintains sterile field and safe environment during surgeries.
• Communicates with surgeons and team to anticipate needs and ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safe and effective invasive procedures under surgeon guidance.
• Apply aseptic technique and instrument handling knowledge.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and promote safe, efficient outcomes.
• Work across multiple surgical specialties including minimally invasive and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain patient history context and intraoperative care plans.
