• Scrubs on procedures across various specialties, adapting to surgeon preferences and techniques.
• Supports intraoperative events, responding calmly to high-risk situations and unexpected changes.
• Communicates effectively with team members, participating in counts, handoffs, and collaborative efforts.
• Participates in case closing activities and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree or Surgical Technology certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months.
• At least 1 year of surgical tech experience preferred.
• Proficiency in scrubbing, assisting, and managing intraoperative needs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
