The position supports a night shift (7 PM–7 AM) with weekend and holiday rotation. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, surgical tech training, and CST certification; BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical School Diploma in Surgical Technology.
• CST certification required (or eligible).
• Less than 1 year of surgical tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub to maintain the sterile field during procedures.
• Handle instruments, supplies and equipment for surgery.
• Collaborate with the OR circulator to prepare the room and sterile supplies.
• Perform surgical counts and organize case carts for procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and verify equipment functionality.
