Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Functions as the third scrub to support extremities and sponge the operative area.
• Functions as first scrub in minor procedures after validation.
• Maintains a safe, orderly work environment and follows established policies.
• Assists with OR set-up and clean-up activities under supervision.
• Responds to real or simulated emergencies per policy and procedures.
• Respects patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Provides age-specific patient care per department standards.
