Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Establish sterile field and back table integrity.
• Takes corrective action and reports events to RN.
• Handles instruments and draping materials via aseptic technique.
• Prepares instrumentation for decontamination per protocols.
• Demonstrates basic OR technical skills and assists in cases.
• Restocks rooms and participates in unit meetings.
