• Handles and secures instruments using aseptic technique.
• Applies disinfection and antisepsis techniques.
• Prepares instrumentation for decontamination per protocol.
• Demonstrates advanced OR technical skills.
• Scrubs for procedures and supports team as needed.
• Prioritizes scrub activities per procedure and team needs.
• Participates in time-out process.
• Counts and tracks supplies and equipment.
• Assists in equipment setup and patient safety throughout surgery.
