Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join our operating room team. The role supports surgeons and nurses in sterile prep, maintaining patient safety and efficiency in procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a CST certificate and BLS, with up to 2 years of related clinical experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Individuals who qualify under applicable state grandfathering provisions may be exempt from certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures under the direction and supervision of surgeons and OR staff.
• Help maintain a sterile environment before, during and after procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists and other OR personnel to ensure patient safety and efficient care.
