Surgery Partners seeks a certified Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. You will assist in procedures under surgeon and nurse supervision, maintain sterile technique, and prepare supplies and instruments.

Required CST certification and BLS; graduate of accredited program. Preference for 1–2 years OR experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, collaborative workplace in Texas. This role features daytime shifts with no weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification as required by state regulations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One to two years of clinical OR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in surgical procedures under the direction of surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain sterile environment before, during, and after procedures.
• Prepare and manage instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiology team to ensure patient care.
