Responsibilities/Job Description: Fairview Range is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for the Surgical Services team in Hibbing, MN. We're offering an up to $30,000 sign-on bonus for a three-year commitment! As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will provide perioperative care to patients under the direction of an RN, scrubbing and assisting in the Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functions under the supervision of an RN in providing technical interventions in the Operating Room to patients of all ages.
• Responsible for tasks relating to instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supplies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Experience in a surgical setting preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
