Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology or Certificate of Completion in Surgical Technology.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days.
• Independently scrubs basic surgical procedures and maintains sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile environment and aseptic technique during procedures.
• Assist in organization of supplies and equipment for efficient operation.
• Ensure patient safety and comply with safety and hospital policies.
• Handle charges for equipment and supplies and support room turnover.
• Assist with positioning of patient and instruments during procedures.
• Scrub for Medical Students, Residents, and other students.
