Job summary

Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin is hiring a Full-Time Surgical Technologist to join our operating team. The role requires scrubbing for procedures, maintaining sterility, and coordinating with surgeons and staff to ensure smooth cases.

Qualified candidates have a Surgical Technician program, state certification, BLS, and 1+ years of ambulatory or hospital experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• BLS Certification.
• 1+ years of Surgical Tech experience in ambulatory center or hospital.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Aseptic techniques and their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field during operations.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports quality improvement activities and team objectives.
