The Froedtert Health Ambulatory Surgery Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support orthopedic and spine procedures. You will handle instruments, maintain a sterile field, and anticipate the surgeon's needs in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a variable schedule with a 0.1 FTE allocation. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required along with a Surgical Technologist program completion or equivalent, and Basic Life Support is expected within 90 days of hire.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Surgical Technologist program or equivalent.
• Military Operating Room Specialist course or Froedtert Health apprentice II program acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle instruments, supplies and equipment during procedures.
• Understand the procedure and anticipate the surgeon's needs.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure quality patient care.
• Support department cost containment, efficiency and quality performance.
