Mass General Brigham is seeking a Surgical Technologist to provide intraoperative care under the supervision of the RN. You will prepare cases according to surgeon preferences, pass instruments, maintain sterile fields, and assist with patient setup and recovery.

This role requires adherence to aseptic technique and teamwork in a fast-paced OR. Required: High School Diploma and NBSTSA CST certification; 0–1 year OR experience preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) from NBSTSA required.
• 0-1 year of OR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sterile field and pass instruments to surgeon.
• Assist with draping, positioning, and patient prep.
