Job summary

Memorial Health in Decatur, TN is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team on-site. The position offers an evening shift, Monday–Friday, with no on-call requirements and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Completion of a formal Surgical Technologist program or being in the final semester is required, with CST certification due within 6 months of graduation. As a CST, you will maintain sterile fields, prepare instruments, and support surgeons and staff throughout procedures while

• Completion of a formal Surgical Technologist Program, or in the last semester of an approved program is REQUIRED.
• Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) is required within 6 months after graduation.
• Full Time, Evening Shift, M-F, NO CALL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile environment for surgical patients of all ages.
• Ensure availability of case-specific supplies and equipment.
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgical team.
• Monitor and support surgical equipment for optimum performance.
• Additional training to demonstrate competency across ages/equipment.
