Westlawn Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team in Murfreesboro, TN. The role involves scrubbing for procedures, maintaining a sterile field and supporting equipment preparation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program or 2+ years of experience.
• Current CST certification.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.
• Excellent communication with staff, patients and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field as part of the surgical team.
• Prepares supplies, instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
