Job summary

Westlawn Surgery Center in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist. This full-time role includes scrubbing for orthopedic procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and supporting the surgical team. A $20k sign-on bonus is available with no weekends, no call, and no holidays.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Support the surgical team and participate in quality improvement.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and physicians.
